Reservation Request
If you’d like to reserve a boat rental during the week, we offer a variety of options that may best fit your needs. Boat rentals during the week are scheduled by request only and must be planned with Crown & Anchor in advance. To schedule for special accommodations, you may contact us at (704) 802-7397.
About your Reservation
We can help you tailor your outing on Lake Wylie based on your needs through our bareboat rental. Through our referral list you can select a Skipper of your choice for your scheduled reservation. The standard rental time is 3 hours; we also provide restaurant recommendations for your convenience. Extended time can be arranged for an additional fee. To request extended time, please contact us at (704) 802-7397.
1. Reserve your specified date and time on the online portal or by calling (704) 802-7397.
2. Once reservation has been completed, you will receive an electronic bareboat rental agreement. This agreement will require your e-signature prior to your boat rental time and date.
3. A Skipper is not included in the boat rental. If you elect to use your own Skipper, please note special requirements outlined in the bareboat Skipper Referrals. Please read the instructions and review the referral list. Once reviewed, contact the person of choice, and provide them with your boat rental time & date. This paid transaction is separate from your bareboat rental and will be completed with the referee you selected. If you need assistance, please call (704) 802-7397.

Reservation Details and Fees
1. Prices and Event packages are non-negotiable. Rates apply to all reservations based on party size. If special offers and discounts are offered, notice will be provided on the reservation page.
2. Payment is due at the time of booking. Additional reservation options include:
• Reserve Now and Pay Later through Affirm, Klarna or AfterPay.
OR
• Request to pay 50% at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks after the initial deposit.
3.In the event of a cancellation or inclement weather, please work with the Crown & Anchor team to reschedule your reservation, as a refund will not be issued. All sales are final.
4. Cancellations for boat rentals are permitted 30 days prior to reservation date for a partial refund of 50%.
5. Refunds are not permitted for any additional event services provided by Crown & Anchor team. All sales are final.
When planning for your guests, please be reminded the limit is 12 people or less per reservation.
Boating Rules & Guidelines
1. Crown & Anchor is not responsible for items left behind after your boating experience.
2. Charterer is responsible for boat rental for the designated time period. Please be sure to review the bareboat charter document to understand the agreement and discuss with your group prior to making a reservation and boarding vessel.
3. If you arrive after your designated boarding time, please be mindful that your excursion will end at the original scheduled time. If additional time is requested, accommodations may be arranged for an additional cost.
4. The use of illicit drugs is not permissible on the vessel.
5. Crown & Anchor can provide restaurant recommendations on Lake Wylie for your convenience. Please be sure to ask at the time of booking.

Reservations are accepted on the website. We accept all major credit cards. In the event the portal is not working, you can call/email us with your booking request at (704) 802-7397. The hiring of a Skipper is a separate purchase and contact information is provided in the referral list document.
Yes. To make a deposit, you must pay half of the total cost. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks after the initial deposit. You may also use Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna as additional payment options.
We have a Bluetooth stereo for you and your guests to enjoy.
